Customer Service is More than a Friendly Voice
One of our longtime residents recently had to dispose of a love seat that he had been using as a bed, as it was the only place he was able to get comfortable with his disability. Our APM on the property, Norma, came to hear of this story and learned that, unfortunately he was not able to afford replacement furniture.
Norma spent the next several days calling every charity and rental furniture company in the area to see if they would be willing donate a piece to the resident. While success was not immediately found, she was determined and refused to give up.
At long last, Norma found hope in Aaron’s furniture leasing store. She and Aaron’s worked out an arrangement for the resident to receive a new sofa, end table and lamp. On top of that, they also offered to deliver and set up the furniture free of charge.
We are so proud to have a team member who delivers extensive and tireless customer service; and commend Norma for going the distance to make our residents feel at home.
We also want to thank Aaron’s for their generous donation. With no expectations for compensation or promotion, they selflessly provided comfort to our resident so he could enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
